Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: velora11701@gmail.com

Defective or wrong item: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. Please include a photo of the item when contacting us.

Returns: Return address will be provided on a case-by-case basis through our customer support. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
